SwitchBot K10 Plus Robot Vacuum Launches With Promise Of Incoming Matter Support – SlashGear

While the SwitchBot K10+ will mostly be known for its compact dimensions, the product does come with plenty of features. To begin with, it uses a pretty powerful motor that generates 2500Pa of suction, powerful enough to capture the heaviest items strewn across the floor. The product also supports mopping functionality using disposable mops that one can attach to the machine once the vacuuming part is over.

Every SwitchBot K10+ robot vacuum comes with its own base station that serves as its charging port and garbage collection unit. After every cleaning session, the K10+ returns to its base station automatically and starts the charging process. The same base station includes a 4-liter dustbin that gathers the collected waste and can store it for up to 70 days.

Other notable features include the ability to store up to 10 different maps within its memory, carpet detection, 4 suction levels, scheduled cleaning support, and carpet detection. Besides the promised support for Matter, the SwitchBot K10+ already works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

The SwitchBot K10+ is already on sale in the U.S., where it has a launch price of $499.99. However, the product is currently available for $399.99 as part of a limited-time launch offer on Switchbot’s website or on Amazon.
